The Garden Guest House is undoubtedly the best new hotel in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are modern. The location is fantastic, being so close to Sandanski park and offering great views of the city from the nearby hill.

The a double room is new-fashioned and nicely decorated. Great to have TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a fridge. The setting is lovely and great, just next door to Sandanski park, and restaurants, very nice area...

the hotel has brand-new and beautifully decorated rooms with a great garden view and 1 sofa bed, for example. the staff are very amiable as well as the host.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom and a lovely view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, there was central heating, a TV, and a fridge.

Had a decent stay over the Christmas time! Loved the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies on Christmas eve, really added to the holiday spirit. the location was great, as it was close to the tourist street and only a short walk to the park. the mountain view was also a major plus for me.

I was disappointed with the noise level in the room. I could hear every footstep from upstairs and also the sound of furniture being moved around, which made it difficult to relax.

The view from the balcony was stunning and worth every penny. The walk to the city center was easy and quick, which made it very convenient to explore the area. The parking was private and secure, which gave us extra peace of mind.

The walk to the city center was steep and not well-lit at night, which could be difficult for some guests. , the bed was not as advertised and was actually two twin beds pushed together, which made it less comfortable for couple sharing a bed.
